Movie Review: Rushmore Story: Max Fischer is the token financially challenged
student at ritzy Rushmore Academy. Having made a career out of stellar
achievements at Rushmore in everything from President of the Beekeepers
Club to writing and producing his own plays he now faces expulsion due
to academic deficiency. Funny, sophomoric, teenage male humor abounds
-then the storyline goes wacky - obsessive love interest/new school/revenge.
Starring: Young Jason Schwartzman (could
be a one picture wonder) and an aging Bill Murray (
in one of his pseudo acting roles).
LOBO HOWLS: 6 (perhaps I am tougher at the beginning
of the movie year, and it is important to note I added a point because
this movie is way under the Lobo 2-hour rule)
